Commentating the Dialectical Unity of the Party's Ruling Capability and Advanced Nature Construction

作为党的建设的"主线",党的执政能力建设和党的先进性建设既根本一致又有所区别,我们需要在科学把握二者相互促进、辩证统一关系的基础上,坚持以先进性建设为核心,以执政能力建设为重点,以思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、制度建设、反腐倡廉建设为保障,使之统一于新时期党的建设伟大工程之中。

As the main line of the Party building,the Party's ruling capability and the advanced nature construction are consistent fundamentally.However,they are different to some extent.We should have a scientific understanding of that the two have the relations of mutual promotion and dialectical unity,take the advanced nature construction as the core,the ruling ability construction as the emphasis,and ideological,organizational,work style,institutional construction and anti-corruption campaign as security,and integrate them into the great project of the Party's building in the new period.
