摘要
目前,我国对"三农"问题和城乡协调发展的重视程度已经达到了前所未有的高度,新出台的一系列城乡规划方面的法律规范都要求各城市在编制规划的过程中,贯彻落实城乡统筹的发展理念。鉴于此,提出"两大途径、八项内容"("2+8")的城乡统筹发展研究模式,既包括城镇化和社会主义新农村建设两条实现城乡统筹的途径,以及产业发展统筹、空间布局统筹、土地利用统筹、居民点体系统筹等八项规划内容,为新编城市规划提供参考。
Nowadays,the importance our country attach to the ＂three agricultures＂ and the coordinate development between city and courtryside has arrived to an unprecedent degree.A series of new laws and norms about planning all demand cities to deplement the idea of urban-rural integrated development when making their new plans. A＂2＋8＂ frame- work is raised to realize urban rural integrative development. Two approaches include urbanization, new socialist countryside construction; Eight contents include industry, space, land use, village network etc.
