The Olympic Sculpture Park successfully integrates nature and art in downtown Seattle. The site's original topography was restored, opening the park up to Elliot Bay, and fragmented internal spaces are connected with a z- shaped road layout. The park as a whole connects to the cityscape with its distinctively Pacific Northwestern naturalistic landscaping, providing a unique setting for exhibitions of sculptural art. The harmony of nature, art, and urbanity provides a new park paradigm.
