Influence of Chinese Culture with Harmonious Tendency to Response Mode

文化对生活于其中的人们的心理与行为有影响已是公认的事实,但文化与应对的关系问题却没有给予足够的重视。该文以文化对应对的影响为主线,介绍了应对的资源相符模型、中西方文化中的应对差异。在此基础上,从"差序格局"和"社会取向"等反映中国人心理与行为特征的理论模型出发,对中国人的应对特性进行了解读。最后,指出了关于中国人应对研究的未来方向。

It is a recognized fact that culture has influnce on mentality and behaviour of people who live in it, but problem of relationship between culture and response is not given enough attention. In this paper, the authors took influence of culture on response as main line, introduced resource congruous pattern of response and response disparity between Chinese culture and western culture, and on the base of that, the authors started from theoretical patterns which reflect Chinese mentality and behaviour characters such as ＂structure of grade＂ and ＂social tendency＂ to unscramble response characteristics of Chinese people. At last, the authors indicated future research direction of Chinese response.
