主要抑郁理论包括素质-压力理论、信息加工理论、认知理论、行为主义理论、精神分析理论等;当前研究表明抑郁个体的认知特点主要集中在注意偏向、记忆偏向和态度这三个方面,而抑郁的内隐认知加工特征的研究将进一步拓展抑郁的研究领域。
