摘要
本文讨论了合成氨生产中水碳比参数对吨氨能耗的影响,介绍了在实时优化中采用的简化模型和控制回路,在实际投运中取得了满意的效果。
The effect of the parameter of carbon-water ratio on the energy consumption per ton of ammonia in the production of synthetic ammonia is discussed in this paper. Using computer technique the dynamic optimization of the carbon-water ratio control system for a largesized ammonia synthesis plant is realized. In this system a control loop that is of significance to ammonia production is designated for the ratio control, which is logically related to the carbon-water ratio. The implementation shows that presented system can decrease energy consumption efficiently and, as a result, gain economic benefit for over one million yuans a year.
