摘要 设计一种以液压油为动力设备的稻壳成型机,采用双液压泵工作,双作用、双活塞杆、双向液压缸,满足了动力是阻力的函数,动力是速度的函数,降低了能耗,提高了液压系统的工作效率,为液压式稻壳成型机液压系统设计提供参考和依据. In order to reduce the energy consumption,the rice hull shaping machine driven by hydraulic pressure system was designed,which has two hydraulic pumps,two piston rods and a two-way hydraulic cylinder.The power of the system is a function about resistance and speed and its work efficiency was improved greatly.Moreover,some references and bases were presented for the design of the system for hydraulic rice hull shaping machine.
