摘要
金属切削加工中,切削热与切削温度是一重要的物理现象,切削温度及其分布直接影响刀具磨损和工件的加工精度及表面质量.本文采用了一种切削温度的计算方法,并通过切削试验对该方法进行了验证.结果表明,在干切条件下,该方法计算的切削温度与试验测得的切削温度吻合较好.
Cutting heat and cutting temperature are very important physical phenomenon in machining process,and the cutting temperature and its distribution directly may affect the tool wearness,machining accuracy and surface qualities of work material.In this article,a new method is used to compute the cutting temperature,and this computation method is validated by cutting experiment.The results show that the cutting temperature computed is consistent with the cutting temperature measured under the conditions of dry cutting.
