摘要
研究了超声催化强化作用在合成可生物降解原料乙交酯的过程中对收率和纯度的影响.以氯乙酸为原料通过超声波催化强化作用合成羟基乙酸,并以辛酸亚锡为引发剂,采用多步减压脱水反应成功地合成可生物降解原料乙交酯.研究了催化剂用量、脱水温度和裂解温度对乙交酯收率的影响,得到了较为理想的合成条件.通过对图谱及数据分析,总结出了合成乙交酯的最佳工艺参数.
In this paper,glycollide was synthesized,while ultrasound was used to strengthen the reaction.And the influence of ultrasound on the yield and purity during the reaction were studied.In this study,hloroacetic acid was applied as raw materials to synthesize hydroxyl ethanoic acid.Then this thesis synthesizes glycollide successfully by using the method of reduce pressure and dehydration,time of reaction,stannous octoate was used as catalyst.The author observes and investigates the amount of catalyst,the temperature of dehydration,and the temperature of decomposition,from which the optimum technological conditions for synthesizing glycollide are accordingly specified.Additionally,the performance of products is characterized from the aspects of FT-IR-Raman and melting point determining instrument.The optimum technological parameters suggested by the experiment.
