摘要
本文用计量地理学方法中的主成份分析法探讨定级估价因素之间的相互关系,用相关性分析法来说明定级估价因素与地价的关系,为就如何选择定级估价因素从而建立城镇土地基准地价评估体系打下基础.
This paper use the methods of quantitative geography,such as principal component analysis,related analysis .studying the relationship among factors of land classification and land estimated price of cities and towns. It is a basic requirement for selecting factors and seting up the fundamental system of evaluating lands ofcities and towns.
