摘要
研制了陶瓷-金属复合结构内圆磨砂轮接杆以提高其静动态特性。对所设计的新型内圆磨砂轮接杆和传统接杆的静动态特性进行了有限元对比分析。计算结果表明,陶瓷-金属复合结构内圆磨接杆较传统接杆的性能有了较明显提高,能够显著提高内圆磨削速度。
In order to improve the static and dynamic performances, hybrid ceramic - metallic internal grinding wheel spindle was developed. FEM - analysis to the new developed and traditional grinding wheel spindles were made. The results have proved that the performances of hybrid ceramic - metallic internal grinding wheel spindle are obviously better compared with now the internal grinding speed can be increased by using the new available grinding wheel spindles.
