研究在工程塑料上,采用化学镀的方法,先镀Ni—P—Cu镀层,再镀Ni—P镀层,使其在较宽频段范围内,具有优异的电磁屏蔽性能,同时又具有化学镀层优良的抗氧化性能和耐腐蚀、耐磨性能。

The preparation of multi - layer electromagnetic shielding coating was studied on. At first, a layer of Ni - P - Cu was coated by correct disposal, a layer of Ni - P was coated. By testing, it had an excellent magnetic shielding efficiency during a widely frequency, furthermore it had a lot of excellent performances, such as anti -oxidation, anti -corrupt and anti -wear and tear.
