企业制定和实施发展战略必须处理好的五个关系

Several Relations Must Be Seriously Dealt with for Development and Implementation Corporation Strategies

进入新世纪以来,我国企业,特别是大型骨干企业都在努力进一步做大做强,企业的发展战略问题越来越受到重视。当前,企业,包括一些知名的大企业在内,在战略的制定和执行中都还存在不少问题。经过广泛的调查,本文提出,要提高我国企业的战略管理水平,企业在制定和实施发展战略过程中必须处理好以下几个关系:企业发展战略与环境的关系;企业总体发展战略与专项战略的关系;战略目标与战略措施的关系;战略制定与战略执行的关系;企业发展战略与国家和区域经济社会发展战略的关系。这对企业,特别是大型骨干企业的战略管理具有重要指导意义。

In the new century, enterprise in China, especially large backbone enterprises, are making efforts to further enlarge and strengthen. The corporation development strategy has increasing attention. At present, there are still many problems in the formulation and implementation of strategy in enterprise, including some well-known large ones. After extensive investigations, it is point out that enterprise must seriously address following questions in process of development and implementation strategy to enhance strategic management level in this paper. The important relations are the relationship between development strategies and environment, relationship between overall strategy and special strategy, the relationship be- tween strategy development and implementation, and the relationship between corporation strategy and national and regional economic and social development strategy. The position has important guiding significance to enterprise , especially large backbone enterprise.
