A Study of Enterprise Income with Supply Chain Financing

供应链融资服务是一种新型的银行金融产品服务,是实现中小企业资金市场化的有效切入点。本文根据企业间的供应链构架建立了供应链融资意义下的收益模型,分析了融资企业努力水平与合作企业、金融机构等诸要素之间的相关关系,引入供应链努力水平均衡线概念,在此基础上,分析了企业获取最大收益的有效途径。

As a new banking service, the supply chain financing is an effective preliminary tool to marketize small and medium--sized enterprises＇ financing. Based on the supply chain frame between enterprises, the present paper builds a model of enterprise income with supply chain financing, analyzes the rela tionships between such factors as effort levels of financing enterprises, cooperative enterprises, and financial institutions, introduces the concept of equilibrium line of supply chain effort levels, and finally deduces the effective approach to maximizing corporate earnings.
