摘要
结合某高水头电站埋藏式月牙肋钢岔管的工程实际,采用有限元方法对岔管水压试验方案进行了分析研究,并与传统的简化算法进行了比较,讨论了结构自重、水重、支座作用等因素对岔管结构应力应变分布规律的影响.根据钢岔管与支座顶部翼缘的连接条件,分固结和摩擦接触两种情况进行了比较,给出了水压试验时岔管及支座结构的应力状态和变形情况,并对结构的整体安全性做出了评价.
Through an illustration of a crescent rib reinforced bifurcated pipe of an underground hydropower station, the finite element method is used to study its hydraulic pressure test; the results are compared with ones by traditional simplified method. The influences of structure weight, water weight and supporting factors on the distribution of stress and strain of the bifurcated pipe are discussed. According to the connecting conditions of the steel bifurcated pipe and the top flange of bearing, the stress and de- formation of the bifurcated pipe and bearing under weld case and friction case in the water pressure test are given and compared; finally, an overall safety evaluation of the structure is put forward.
