摘要
简要介绍了全数字化设计的基本概念和技术组成,在分析工业产品传统设计方法基础上,构建了自动注射仪的全数字化设计框架.并针对注射仪应用特点,提出了改进的设计方案,着重对应用全数字化设计方法的步骤进行了描述和分析,体现了全数子化设计的特点.同时,也对构建的全数字化设计框架进行了应用检验.整个过程表明该设计方法的框架结构合理,对现代工业产品的设计起到推进作用.
The basic concepts of whole digital design and its technological frames are described briefly. Based on analyzing the traditional methodology of product design, a new flow chart of whole digital design methodology is set up. In order to check this new methodology, it is applied to the redesign of an auto medical injector. And the approach of redesign is analysed carefully. Upon the procedure analysis and the final result, it is shown that this methodology has its advantage~ and its frames are reasonable and effective, so as to improve the design of industrial products.
