中国城市土地集约利用水平的测度研究--基于我国34个典型城市的统计数据分析

Empirical Research on the Intensive Use Level of Urban Land in China:——Based on the Data of 34 Sample Cities

随着城市经济和城市化的快速发展,我国城市土地利用的问题和矛盾也日益突出。本文通过构建我国城市土地集约利用水平测度的指标体系,运用层次分析法对我国城市土地集约利用水平进行了测度。针对目前我国城市土地集约利用的现状,为提高我国城市土地集约利用水平,本文提出了相关的政策性建议。

With the development of urban economy and urbanization in China, the problem about urban land use is increasingly becoming serious. This paper constructs the indicators systems of urban land intensive use and calculates the intensive use level of urban land by using AHP and proposes some policy suggestion to improve the intensive use level of urban land.
