摘要
采用NDJ-1型旋转粘度计测量了辽河特稠油及其W/O型乳状液在不同温度下的粘度,并对其粘度与温度之间的关系进行了探讨。实验结果表明,蒸汽对稠油的作用主要表现为升温降粘,辽河油区特稠油及其W/O型乳状液的粘度与温度之间存在近似指数关系,此外还有水热裂解降粘反应发生,含水量对乳状液的形成及其类型影响明显。
The viscosities of extra heavy oil and its W/O emulsion in Liaohe oil province are measured at different temperatures by using NDJ-1 rotational viscosimeter.The relationship between viscosity and temperature is discussed.The result shows that steam plays a major role in increasing temperature and reducing viscosity.There appears approximately exponential relationship between viscosity and temperature of extra heavy oil and its W/O emulsion.In addition,the heavy oil can undergo hydrothermal pyrolysis reaction during steam injection.Water content has significant influence on the formation and type of emulsion.
