原油沉降罐自动监测系统的应用

Automatic monitoring system of crude oil precipitation tank

针对原油沉降罐液位、油水界面、油层平均含水率的检测一直依靠手工操作所带来的一些问题,提出了采用多参数自动监测系统这一方案。该系统在浅海公司海南联合站试验结果显示,可以有效地解决手工操作中存在的测量精度低、以点带面误差较大、工人作业困难、上下罐危险系数较高的问题,在联合站具有推广价值。

The liquid level of crude oil precipitation tank,oil-water contact,and the average water cut of reservoir had been detected by manual operations which may cause some problems.Therefore a strategy of automatic monitoring system of multi-parameter is proposed.The system has been tested in Hainan Gathering Station of the Shallow-Water Oilfield Company and has eliminated the problems of manual operations such as low measurement accuracy,big error,operation difficulty,and the danger of climbing tanks.This system is worth of spreading in gathering stations.
