不育症患者精浆果糖和柠檬酸的生化检测

Analysis of fructose,citric acid in infertile men

通过对 56名不育患者的精浆果糖及柠檬酸浓度的检测分析 ,并与正常生育组相对照 ,发现不育组果糖含量显著降低 ,果糖含量与精子密度和活力有一定关系。精子密度或活力低下者 ,柠檬酸浓度高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5) ,精液液化差或高粘度者 ,柠檬酸含量低于对照组。

Through test and analysis of the frutose and citric acid concentration in sperms of 56 sterile patients,and the comparison with the normal birth group,the fructose concentration demonstrated certain relation with the density and vitality of sperms.It turned out that the citric acid was higher in the control group( P <0.05).The men with adverse liquefaction or high viscosity,the citric acid content was lower than that in the control group.The test of the fructose and citric acid concentration was significant to the diagnosis of the function state of the seminal vesicle,prostate and the cause of sterility.
