The Development of Jurisprudence in China since Reform and Opening up

回顾30年来我国法理学的发展历程,总结30年来我国法理学的成就和内在的若干局限,旨在展望新世纪法理学的发展,法理学经过30年的发展,已经初步形成了较为完整的研究体系;我国法理学在新的世纪正面临着多元化课题。

The article recalled the developing process of the jurisprudence in China during the last thirty years; summed up the achievements of the studies in jurisprudence and a number of inherent limitations of it;and discussed the development of jurisprudence in the new century. The present study also argued that, after 30 years of jurisprudence, the jurisprudence had been initially formed a relatively complete research system ; and the jurisprudence in the new century would be faced with a diversified topics.
