电泳涂装是一种特殊的涂膜形成方法，是对水性涂料最具有实际意义的施工工艺，具有水溶性、无毒、易于自动化控制等特点。迄今为止，国外部分商用车企业已经有多年的整车阴极电泳涂装经验，而我国商用车行业在此方面起步较晚，在该工艺上具有后天的劣势，但随着厦门金旅大型客车整车阴极电泳技术生产线的出现，打破了原来固有的陈旧生产工艺，并逐渐成为国内客车行业的主打路线，一次客车涂装工艺的变革已然拉开序幕。

Electronphortic coating is one of the advanced technologies of coating process in bus and coach manufacturing. Today, a few of international commercial vehicles manufacturers had mature experience in adopting the technology of cathodic electrophoresis coating for wholevehicle. In China＇s domestic market, Xiamen Golden Dragon had also built its own productionline designed for the process of cathodic electrophoresis coating for whole-vehicle.
