摘要
综述了双水相萃取技术的基本原理、特点、工艺流程、物质分配平衡的影响因素及其在生命科学,复杂中药体系的分离以及重金属回收等方面的应用。并对双水相萃取技术的发展前景作了展望。
The basic principles, features, technical process, factors of material balance and some applications of aqueous two-phase extraction in life science, recovery of separation of complicated Chinese traditional medicine and recovery of heavy metal were summarized. Its development prospects were also presented.
