摘要 利用传统加热方法和微波辅助合成方法,以硬脂酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺和溴代十二烷为原料,通过两步化学反应合成MDEA硬脂酸酯季铵盐。讨论了微波功率、反应时间、反应物摩尔比、催化剂的用量等因素对酯化反应转化率的影响,采用正交实验,对微波合成MDEA硬脂酸酯季铵盐的工艺进行了优化。在优化条件下,微波合成法所需要的时间仅是传统合成法的5.24%,并且转化率稍微有所提高。对MDEA硬脂酸酯季铵盐进行了定性分析,并测得其表面张力小,柔软性优于市面出售的柔软剂,且其对织物白度的影响不大。 The MDEA stearic acid esterquat was synthesized with stearic acid, MDEA and bromododecane in two steps reaction by using traditional heating and microwave irradiation. Effects of microwave power,irradiation time,reactant molar ratio and catalyst consumption on the conversion of stearic acid of esterification were investigated, and the microwave synthetic technology was optimized by orthogonal test. Under optimum conditions, the synthesis time was only 5.48 % of the time of traditional heating, besides the conversion raised a little. With the qualitative analysis of the production, the results showed that surface tension was low, softening property was better than the one purchased in the market and effect on fabric whiteness was little.
