摘要
采用一种非水溶性的以环氧氯丙烷交联环糊精聚合物为固定相的柱层析色谱对苯甲酸,水杨酸及阿司匹林三者的混合物进行分离。以环氧氯丙烷交联环糊精聚合物作固定相,无水乙醇作流动相,把三种药物的混合物加入柱内,洗脱6小时,流速为每分钟2滴。收集30~40个样品进行紫外光谱测量。得到以95%无水乙醇为流动相分离苯甲酸和水杨酸的效果最好。本法具有操作简便,灵敏,准确的特点,为聚β环糊精对药物的分离提供依据。
To study a non-water-soluble cyclodextrin polymer cross-linked with epichlorohydrin as stationary phase column chromatography, the three mixtures ofaspirin, benzoic acid and salicylic acid were separated. Cyclodextrin polymer cross-linked with epichlorohydrin stationary phase, ethanol as mobile phase, injecting the three-drug mixture, cleared six hours, the flow rate was 2 drops per minute. Over 30-40 samples were measured by UV. With 95 % ethanol as mobile phase separation was the best of separation benzoic acid and salicylic acid. This method was simple, sensitive and accurate, and provided a basis for the separation of drugs by poly-β-cyclodextr.
