不同厂家原料对乙酰氨基酚收率的影响

The Effect of Various Chemical Raw Materials on Yield of Paracetamol

探讨不同厂家原料对氨基苯酚对对乙酰氨基酚合成收率的影响。选用A、B两厂家由对氨基苯酚原料通过与冰醋酸进行酰化反应,得到对乙酰氨基酚粗品,经精制纯化而得成品,对收率进行统计分析。经统计分析得A厂家用原料比B厂家的原料的收率高8.2个百分点,可知不同厂家原料对氨基苯酚对对乙酰氨基酚合成收率的影响显著(P<0.001)。

The effect of various chemical factories of p-Aminophenol on synthetic yield of paracetamol was discussed. Acetylation between acetic acid and p-Aminophenol which from A and B factories was carried out, the semi-finished products of paracetamol was produced. The finished product of paracetamol was purified and the synthetic yield of paracetamol was analyzed. The average of synthetic yield of paracetamol which used A factory＇s p- Aminophenol was 8.2 points higher than that of synthetic yield of paracetamol which use B factory＇s p-Aminophenol. It showed that the effect of various chemical factories of p-Aminophenol on syntheic yield of paracetamol was very significant. （p〈0.001）
