Analysis of Reasonable Economic Building Hight from the Viewpoint of Cost

针对中国房地产市场的现状,文章从理论和典型实际工程入手,通过公式推导和pkpm建模分析,提出了一些建筑物的经济化合理高度结论。主要针对小高层范围内的普通居民住宅进行比较分析,最后将pkpm得到的成果进行总结整理,编制程序,得到针对这一较普遍案例的计算机通式。

Based on present condition of real estate field, this paper decided the reasonable economic building hight from cost, though basic theory and pkpm modelling analysis.
