加强边疆民族地区服务型政府建设对全面落实科学发展观、积极构建和谐边疆实现边疆,经济社会又快又好发展具有重要意义,为实现建设服务型政府的目的,联系边疆民族地区经济社会发展实际,通过解放思想,突出重点,强化措施,着力解决影响服务型政府建设的突出问题,培养建设一支高素质的公务员队伍,加快推进政府职能转变,切实改进政府机关作风,积极推进政府管理创新。

Promotion of the service - oriented government in ethnic frontier regions is of vital significance to the practice of scientific development, to the construction of the harmonious frontier regions, and to the sound and rapid development of econoiny and society. It must be closely connected with the local situations of economic and social development, based on the principle of ideological liberation to take pertinent measures. Promotion of the cause is preceded by a team of qualified civil servants and improvement of government functions, as well as the removal of the impedimenta in practice.
