适应现代产业发展和商业利润增值空间转移新趋势,加快云南现代服务业发展,走一条适合云南省情的"逆向工业化"之路,即不拘泥于从农业到工业再到服务业的一般产业发展规律,而是在农业产业化和工业化过程中率先发展现代服务业,充分发挥服务业的"黏合剂"功能和动力作用,有效地推动云南传统产业改造提升,加快云南第一、二产业结构转换和升级发展,是实现云南经济又好又快跨越式发展的必由之路。"逆向工业化"应是云南新型工业化过程中与其他省区不同的重要内容和特色。云南一旦形成了两头大中间小的"哑铃型"产业价值结构,真正成了服务经济强省,将极大地增强云南的产业竞争优势,在区域分工和交易中获取更多的利益,真正实现建设富裕、民主、文明、开放、和谐云南的目标。

The sound and rapid development of Yunnan＇ s economy requires that the province should readjust its industry to fit for the new trend in modem industrial development and commercial profit growth, to accelerate modern service development, and to start a new path of reversed industrialization corresponding to the local situations. Rather than restricted by the general development from agriculture to industry and to service industry, Yunnan should, while promoting agriculture and industry, give top priority to modern service industry whose ＂adhesive function＂ will promote the reconstruction of the traditional industries, and should propel the structural transfer and escalated development of the first and second industries. The ＂reversed industrialization＂, highlighting service business, will set Yunnan apart from its peers. Further, the strengths in service industry will greatly enhance Yunnan＇ s competitiveness and will be immediately conducive to the goal for a rich, democratic, civilized, open and harmonious Yunnan.
