A Study of Pharmaceutical Economy in Yunnan

云南拥有发展云药产业得天独厚的资源条件,2003年云南省委、省政府明确提出实施云药产业发展战略,把云药产业作为云南省支柱产业。五年来,云药产业虽然取得了长足的发展,但是,云药产业的整体发展水平与云南药物资源大省的地位极不相称,云南药业要真正崛起,必须克服发展过程中的各种制约因素,真正将资源优势转化为产业优势、经济优势,实现云南药业的跨越式发展。

Yunnan enjoys unique resources for the development of pharmaceutical industry. In 2003, pharmaceutical industry was made clear by the Provincial Party Committee and Government to be the pillar industry of the province. In the past five years, the pharmaceutical industry has enjoyed good development but the progress is not satisfactory considering the abundant resources. It is very important to remove the restrictive factors and to take good advantage of the rich resources, which is the key to the accelerated development of Yunnan＇ s pharmaceutical industry.
