摘要
目的:研究石蒜科葱莲属植物葱莲Zephyranthes candida全草中的化学成分。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱进行分离、纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从葱莲中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为(2S)-3,7-二羟基-4’-甲氧基黄烷(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、△^5.22-豆甾烯醇(Ⅲ)、豆甾醇(Ⅳ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)、邻苯二甲酸丁酯异丁酯(Ⅵ)、正二十七烷(Ⅶ)和黄葵内酯(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅷ均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective : To study on the chemical constituents of Zephyranthes candida. Methods : Compounds were isolated and repeatedly purified by chromatographic techniques on silica gel column. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral methods. Results : Eight compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Zephyranthes candida, and identified as (2S) -3', 7-dihydroxy- 4'-methoxyflavan ( Ⅰ ), β-sitosterol ( Ⅱ ) , stigmasta-5,22-dien-313-ol ( Ⅲ ), stigmasterol ( Ⅳ ) , 13-daucosterin ( Ⅴ ), Butylisobutyl phthalat ( Ⅵ ) , Heptacosane( Ⅶ ) and Ambrettolide(Ⅷ). Conclusion: Ⅰ - Ⅷ are all isolated from this plant for the first time.
