Study on Chemical Constituents of Smallanthus sonchifolius

目的:对雪莲果(Smallanthus sonchifolius)进行化学成分分离研究。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、薄层层析和Sephadex LH-20凝胶层析,并通过波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从雪莲果的75%乙醇提取物的氯仿提取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:没食子酸(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、山俞酸(3)、山柰酚(4)、槲皮素(5)、香草酸(6)和十六碳酸(7)。结论:化合物1、4、6和7为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents of Smallanthus sonchifolius. Methods： Chemical constituents were separated through chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Results： Seven compounds were isolated from the chloroform fraction of 75% alcohol extract from the leaves of Smallanthus sonchifolius. Their structures were elucidated as gallic acid（1）, β-sitosterol（2）, behenic acid（3）, Kaempferol（4）, Quercetin（5）, vanillic acid（6）, hexadecanoic acid （7）. Conclusion： Compounds 1,4,6 and 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
