国产精子计数板精确性分析

Determination of the accuracy and precision of Macro sperm counting chamber using latex beads

摘要 本文介绍了Macro精子计数板的基本结构,并分别用Macro、Makler精子计数板和血细胞计数极检测质按咬乳颗粒的密度(44×106/ml),计数结果分别为(44.2±3.52)×106/ml、(457±4.90)×106/ml和(50.9±9.02)×106/ml,统计结果表明Macro板和Makler扳所测结果与真值之间差异不显著,而血细胞计数板则差异极显著。三种计数板的变异系数分别为8.0%、10.7%和17.7%。作者认为Macro用于计数板完全可以取代血细胞计数板和Makler板用于精液分析。 A known concentration of latex beads (44×106/ml) was counted by Macro,Makler sperm counting chamber and hemacytometer to determine the accuracy and precision of Macro chamber which was a new sperm counting chamber constructed by authors. The counting results of the quality control beads by these three chambers were (44. 2±3. 52)×106/ml, (45. 7±4. 90)×106/ml and (50. 9±9.02) ×106/ml,and the CV was 8. 0%, 10. 7 %and 17. 7%, respectively. The results showed that there was consistent between Macro and Makler chamber and high difference with hemacytometer. The authors considered that Macro sperm counting chamber could replace Makler and hemacytometer to test sperm sample.
