摘要
本文报告92例不有男性沙眼在原体(CT)感染病人和56例正常男性精浆α-葡糖苷酶、酸性磷酸酶、果糖含量及抗精子抗体阳性率。结果显示,不育感染组精浆α-葡糖苷醇含量及抗精子抗体阳性率与正常男性组比较,有极显著的差异(P<0.01);糖浆酸性磷酸酶含量明显低于正常男性组(P<0.05);精浆果糖含量略高于正常男性组.但无明显差异(P>0.05).
The levels of α-glucosidase,acid phosphatase and fructose as well as the posi-tive rate of anti-sperm antibodies in seminal plasma of 92 infertile males infected by Chlamydia trachomatis and 56 normal males were investigated in this study. The results showed that highly significant differneces in the level of α-glucosidase and the positive rate of antisperm antibodies in seminal plasma between the groups of infected infertile and normal males were found (P<0.001). The level of acid phosphatase in seminal plasma of infected infertile males was significantly lower than that of normal males (P>0.005),while the level of fructose was just slightly higher than that of normal males(P>0.05).
