As one of the busiest large-scale specialized container ports in the world, Yantian Harbor District in Shenzhen Port is the first one awarded with the special honor of ＂Global Best Port＂ in China. Both the construction quality and modernization level of Shenzhen Yantian Harbor District are the best one in China, and the advanced design conception for the terminal project are considered as the classical model for design of port project in China. The paper mainly presents the design conception and key design technology applied in Yantian International Container Terminal Project.
