市民社会民间性研究的政治哲学视角

Folk Research of Civil Society from the Perspective of Political Philosophy

市民社会概念在过去的几个世纪里几度衰落与勃兴,其内涵也由于历经嬗变而变得纷繁复杂,但逐渐融汇形成共识。市民社会理论研究在国内已取得了巨大进展,学者们以不同的路径逐步揭开市民社会的面纱。本文在中世纪神学政治观及近代自然法学说的基础上,梳理市民社会的民间性传统,并指出其中潜伏着的危险。对市民社会保持清晰的认知,才能更深入地展开我国市民社会理论的本土化研究。

In the past several centuries, the civil society concepts developed and declined alternately. Their connotation has become complex because of evolutions, and has become uniform and been commonly recognized. In the domestic academic circles, the theoretical research of civil society has made great progress. Gradually, scholars have unveiled the civil society in different ways. Based on the theological politics of the middle ages and the modern natural law theory, this article reviews the folk tradition of the civil society and points out the potential danger. Only by clearly understanding the civil society can we conduct more thoroughly the localization research on civil society in China.
