关于思想政治理论课教师的职责及其履行的思考

Reflection on Performing Teachers' Responsibility in Contemporary Ideological and Political Theory Teaching

要切实提高当代思想政治理论课的教学效果,思想政治理论课教师应当进一步准确地把握其职责,并在此基础上踏踏实实地履行。当代思想政治理论课教师对其职责的把握应从两个方面着手:其一要把握当代教师职责之一般的、普遍的规定;其二要把握思想政治理论课教师的特殊职责。思想政治理论课教师在履行职责时,一定要关注到学生的生活世界的样态,学生的生活世界既是教育的起点又是教育的归宿。

To enhance the teaching effect of ideological and political theory teaching, teachers must fully understand their responsibility and fulfill it without fail. The responsibility of teachers of contemporary ideological and political theory should be viewed from two aspects, first, they must understand the general responsibility of contemporary teachers second, they must get to know the special responsibility of ideological and political theory class. When the teachers of ideological and political theory class fulfill the responsibility, they must pay attention to the state of students＇ life. Being concerned about students＇ life is not only the starting point of the education but also the ultimate goal of the education.
