近现代西方城市规划理论对中国城市化进程的启示

Western Theories of Urban Planning and Their Implications for China's Urbanization

近现代西方城市化进程中出现过很多问题,例如城市人口大爆炸、贫民窟问题、贫富差距加大、城市环境恶化等问题。造成的原因很多,主要是由于工业革命的爆发和城市化进程加速引起。近年来,中国在城镇化进程中也出现了类似问题,针对中国城镇化进程中存在的问题,借鉴西方城市规划理论经验,得出以下启示:从我国社会问题出发,利用西方优秀思想理论,解决问题,总结出一种符合中国国情的、多元化集约型协调发展的城市化模式,从而可持续地发展下去。

Many problems occurred in the process of urbanization in western countries, such as population explosion, slum areas, wealth distribution, and environmental deterioration of the city. The main reasons are the breaking out of industry revolution and the speeding up of urbanization. The western theories of urban planning can lead to the following implication ： a pluralized and intensified urbanization models need to be established in China＇ s urbanization.
