摘要
通过对读者满意度的含义和意义的论述,指出了目前图书馆在这方面存在的问题,并对图书馆如何具体提高读者满意度进行了探讨。
This paper first discusses the definition and significance of reader satisfaction, then points out some problems conceming this issue that exist in the library, and lastly analyzes the ways how to raise reader satisfaction in the library.
