指出农村信贷配给是一个普遍现象,介绍了信贷配给的图示解释;分析了有效信贷需求不足的现象;指出中国农村信贷配给与有效信贷需求不足并存,最后提出解决中国农村信贷配给与有效信贷需求不足并存的对策。

This paper indicates that credit rationing is a pervasive phenomenon, introduces the geometry interpretation of the credit rationing and analyzes the inadequate effective credit demand. Then it points out the fact that the credit rationing coexists with the inadequate effective credit demand. Last, the paper puts forward some measures to resolve the coexisting problem.
