肺癌患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞的分布及临床意义

摘要 目的检测肺癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的分布,探讨其临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测45例肺癌患者和30例健康对照者外周血中的CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的变化,并通过体外淋巴细胞增殖实验对肺癌患者CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞进行鉴定。结果(1)肺癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+T细胞比例明显增高(P<0.05),但治疗后其比例明显下降(P<0.05);(2)肺癌患者CD4+CD25+T细胞能抑制CD4+D25-T细胞的增殖和干扰素γ的分泌。结论肺癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞比例明显增高,其动态监测有助于肺癌患者免疫状态及疗效评价。 Objective To evaluate the distribution of peripheral blood CD4^+ CD25^+ regulatory T lymphocytes in patients with lung cancer and its clinical signification. Methods The peripheral blood CD4^+ CD25^+ T cells from 45 lung cancer patients and 30 healthy volunteers was measured by flow cytometry assay,and identified by in vitro lymphocyte proliferation test. Results The percent of peripheral blood CD4^+ CD25^+ T cells in lung cancer patients was remarkably higher than that in healthy controls(P〈0.05) ,but declined after therapy(P〈0.05). The CD4+ CD25+ T cells from lung cancer patients could inhibit the proliferation of CD4^+ CD25^+ T cells and secretion of IFN-γ. Conclusion Lung cancer patients showed an increased percentage of peripheral blood CD4^+ CD25^+ regulatory T lymphocytes in patients with lung cancer, and its dynamic monitoring dontributes to evaluation of immune status and therapeutic effect of lung cancer patients.
