摘要 详细介绍了推挽正激(Push-Pull Forward,PPF)电路拓扑结构的工作原理,阐述了场效应管(MOSFET)驱动线路的设计。在理论分析的基础上成功研制了一台功率为1KW的车载电源转换器,通过对实验结果和波形的分析证实,推挽正激拓扑结构具有效率高、电磁干扰小、可靠性高等优点。 A push-pull forward(PPF)circuit's principle is discussed in detail in this paper. This paper illustrates the design of circuit to drive MOSFET. Based on the principle analysis a power converter with 1 KW power in vehicle has been made. Analysis of experiments and waves has shown that this topology of PPF has higher efficiency, lighter EMI and higher reliability.
