The paper introduces the theory of multithreading technology and the application field of network application program mainly. It analyze the characteristics of transport protocol and the way to choose the protocol in online examinations. The main codes are provided to the problem of how to use Tcp protocol controls included in Indy and how to control the beginning and the ending of exams with the help of multithreading technology.
