高职院校电子商务人才培养问题分析

Analysis on E-commerce Personnel Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

学校培养人才与社会实际需求脱节,是高职院校电子商务人才培养亟待解决的主要问题。要培养合格的电子商务人才,高职学院应结合企业实际需求,明确定位人才培养目标,合理构建能力结构和课程体系,尤其应重视实践教学的有效实施。

Disjointing of personnel training in higher colleges with social practical demand is the main issue to be dealt with in training e - commerce personnel in higher vocational colleges. In order to train qualified e - commerce personnel, higher vocational colleges should, combined with practice, locate definitely training object, construct reasonably the ability strtwture and course system, especially paying attention to the effective implementation of practical teaching.
