Case Study on Integration Mode of Working and Studying in Higher Vocational Education in the New Period

贯彻以就业为导向的"工学结合"人才培养模式是新时期职业教育改革的方向。回顾并分析了本院开展"工学结合、半工半读"人才培养模式实践与探索的经验与模式,认为工学结合人才培养模式既为学生就业打开了绿灯,也为职业教育带来了前所未有的发展机遇。

Implementing job-oriented personnel training model of ＂Integration mode of working and studying＂ is the di- rection of Vocational education reform in the new period. Review and analyze the experience and model of personnel train- ing model of ~＇Integration mode of working and studying, and part study＂ in our college. We think that personnel training model of integration mode of working and studying not only gives green light to students employment, but also brings about a unprecedented developing opportunity to vocational education.
