基础地理信息是国家重要的信息资源,是整合各类自然资源信息和经济社会人文信息的基础平台,但是考虑到数据成本、国家安全、个人隐私,完全的地理信息共享是不可能的。本文先从数据的成本及商业性等本质方面分析地理数据的共享,再用新加坡和中国的数据可获得性这两个主要例子分析空间数据的共享。

Basic geographic information is an important information resource of a nation and the basic platform of integrating sorts of nature resource information and economic and social humanities information. Owing to the costs of data, safety of nation and privacy of individual, the complete geographic information sharing is impossible. This article would analyze the essential respects of geographic information sharing on costs of data and commercial first, then talk about the geographic information sharing by the examples of the using of availability of data in Singapore and China.
