Soft Shell Technique in Tntraoperative Floppy Iris Syndrome During Cataract Surgery

目的:探讨一种处理白内障术中无张力虹膜综合征发生时的方法。方法:本文对4例术中发生无张力虹膜综合征的患者,进行了粘弹技术处理并进行了临床观察和分析。结果:4例患者经粘弹技术处理后均获得了满意效果。结论:粘弹技术是一种处理白内障术中无张力虹膜综合征的有效方法。

Objective: To study effctive method for intraoperative floppy iris syndrome during cataract surgery.Method: A retrospective study was undertaken in four patients with cataract who were treated with soft shell tecknique in intraoperative floppy iris syndrome during cataract surgery.Result: The effectis universally considered to be desirable.Conclusion:Soft shell technique is an effctive method for intraoperative floppy iris syndrome during cataract surgery.
