摘要
所研制的高温高压动态堵漏评价系统,可以在模拟地层温度、压力、环形空间泥浆上返速度的条件下评价一系列人造裂缝和漏床动态堵漏效果,也可测量堵漏材料的最大堵漏承载能力及返排压力等;结合岩心流动实验仪或者岩心多段渗透率梯度仪,就可以评价出岩心各段受入井流体堵塞的深度和程度,从而优选出堵漏效果良好以及满足保护油气层需要的防漏堵漏钻井液与完井液体系。
The HTHP dynamic sealing evaluating system could be used to evaluate a serial of artificial fractures and the dynamic sealing effect of lost circulation bed,also measure the maximal plugging bearing capability and flow back pressure of lost circulation material,combining the core flow experimental apparatus or core permeability gradiometer to estimate the sealing depth and degree of each section of the core after injecting the fluids,thereby optimizing leak protection and sealing drilling fluid and completion fluid with good plugging effect to satisfy the requirement of preventing oil and gas formation.The development of this apparatus pays an irreplaceable role during the research and production in petroleum exploration and development.
