在役钻机井架承载能力极限状态评定方法及应用

Method for Evaluating Load Bearing Capacity of Service Drilling Derrick in Limit Condition

为了准确评定在役钻机井架的极限承载能力,以极限状态评定理论为基础,给出了以应力表示的井架承载能力极限状态评定表达式。以某在役JJ300/43-A型井架为例,说明了井架剩余承载能力极限状态评定方法的具体应用过程。应用情况表明这种极限承载能力评定方法具有应用简单、评定结果可靠等优点。

To evaluate the derrick's limit bearing capacity accurately,an expression was provided to evaluate the derrick's bearing capacity in limit condition of the stress based on the evaluating theory in limit condition.JJ300/43-A is used as an example to evaluate limit bearing capacity,the concrete application process of this method is explained.The application result indicates that this method is simple and reliable.
