摘要
目的:观察补肾化瘀方治疗老年退行性骨关节病的临床疗效。方法:选老年退行性骨关节病患者60例,予补肾化瘀方加减治疗,15天为1个疗程,连服2个疗程。结果:显效46例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率为93.3%。结论:补肾化瘀方治疗老年退行性骨关节病疗效满意。
Objective： To observe the effect of Bushen Huayu Decoction （BHD）on degenerative osteoarthropathy（DO）.Methods： Sixty cases of DO were selected and treated with BHD for 15 days, 30 days together.Result ： 46 cases were remarkably effective, 10 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 93.3%.Conclusion ： Therapeutic effect of BHD on Do was satisfied.
